Terms of payment:
You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, Austria and the Netherlands:

• Payment by credit card
• Payment by PayPal
• Payment by Klarna

Payment advice:
Please note that we can only dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.

Shipping conditions:
We currently only ship our goods within Germany and to Austria and the Netherlands.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs within Germany at a flat rate as follows: 4,95 EUR

Deliveries to EU countries:
We charge the shipping costs to EU countries (currently only Austria and the Netherlands) at a flat rate as follows: 7.95 EUR

Deliveries to non-EU countries (rest of the world):
Ordering and shipping to non-EU countries is currently not possible.

Your order will be delivered via DHL or UPS.

Delivery times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and availability of the goods. As a rule, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment for deliveries within Germany.
For deliveries to Austria and the Netherlands, the delivery time can be 5-7 working days.
